From Idea to Execution- Building a social venture

Almost all of us have an idea that has the potential to change the face of this earth, but how many of us are indeed extremely passionate about executing the idea and forming an enterprise out of it? An idea as such is of zero value. The difference lies in the execution. The passion with which an idea is pursued often decides the fate of the venture. What are the difficulties that an entrepreneur faces in establishing his venture? What should one’s approach be in handling the challenges faced? How to build your team that would be as passionate as you in pursuing your dream? How to maintain your resolution of creating an enterprise with a difference despite all financial constraints as a startup? These are some of the questions that plague our minds even when we are grappling with the idea. Our expert, a successful social entrepreneur, will share with us, his experiences from ideation phase to execution phase.
